Out of Commission

My computer is out of commission. I am using my husband's laptop to check emails and the other 100 places that I use the Internet for. Ok, maybe that is a bit of an exaggeration but today was my 2nd day without typing on a keyboard and I stopped counting the times that the kids and I thought of going to the computer to check on something. It has brought about the realization of how much I depend on this wonderful convenience and feels a great deal like when the car breaks down and you are left without transportation for a few days.

Pray for a speedy recovery!

Ack--the worst of all possible breakdowns!!

Yes, I use my computer for everything--dictionary, yellow pages, and of course contact with people.

Oh, hope you're back soon...I know how you feel about realizing how dependent you are on the computer! I feel the same way during the times we've had computer problems...I personally feel isolated, especially now that I have the blogging community!
Blessings!

My internet has been down, so I know your frustration. It's mind-boggling how much we've come to rely on the internet.
